Our dedicated team have defined roles and when a client places their order, our dedicated specialists will be put into place to ensure the success of our clients’ project. This will include a site installations manager and their operatives. They will be reporting back to a project manager to ensure the smooth running of the project.
Critical elements on a project would be highlighted. These are things like big lifts or site constraints due to hospital emergency services for example. Critical elements like these would be looked at in depth with all stake holders.
The Health and Safety of all projects is paramount. This element of the project is always budgeted, planned, and evaluated within a scheme.
Control
The Installation manager & project manager will maintain a project to the agreed plan. This will involve continual progress and performance reviews with all parties involved. This project control will include the carrying out of ongoing subcontractor reviews and the development and maintenance of good working practices. It will also include health and safety management checks along with progress and budget meetings.
Closing
From many years’ experience, here at PIMS identify that the last 5% of any project is the hardest to finish. This is why we empower a dedicated person who manages this end element of a project to work on the last crucial elements.
A closing project plan will be used for all clients. This includes the final stages of the project to practical completion. The closing project plan will cover things like commissioning, testing and any pre snagging items already highlighted.
Operating & Maintenance information is collated at this stage as well as capturing lessons learnt and final project KPIs. This allows the client to see where changes have been made and where improvement have and can be made.
