Tim Woodward Managin Director

Tim Woodward

Managing Director

I am very passionate about PIMS and the industry. I am committed to providing a first-class service to all our clients, many of which we have built up lasting relationships over the past 25 years.

I have a full understanding from site installation. I started out in life as a Class 1 coded pipefitter welder, progressing through the ranks to site supervisor, Site Manager, Project Manager, Contracts Manager, Director and Finally to Managing Director. All of this was done with hard work and determination.

I have a very good understanding of all aspects of construction projects, sites and the management of them and their respective teams. I take a personal interest in every project that we are involved with. I will place myself on site at various times, especially when there are Shutdowns to allow break ins and connections into Steam supplies. I will also be on sites where there are  heavy or awkward lifts to be carried out.

Robert Rahman

Senior Project Manager

I was born and raised in London, moving to Northamptonshire with my family in my late 30’s.

I began working in the industry from the age of 17, when I was fortunate to secure a 4-year JIB apprenticeship for London Borough of Brent. My career really began after qualifying as an electrical technician working in supervisory roles and progressing into mid/senior managerial roles. I then perused a career into construction, where I worked with some great professionals across a multitude of commercial projects all over the UK. I naturally veered into all aspects of M&E, consistently demonstrating a solid strong track record of successfully supporting project objectives and teams across a diverse range of settings. Doing so by applying construction principles, all of which have been underpinned with existing experience and additional vocational qualifications.

It is a pleasure to now be part of the team at PIMS, as the Senior M&E Project Manager. My aim is to support the team with a focus on delivering a sleek operational service. Offering effective and efficient team leadership, whilst ensuring creative productivity, business acumen, and cohesion as a basis of all we do.

Barry Parrish

Project Manager

I have a very strong engineering background having worked within the industry for 26 years, starting as an engineer, then to being a coded welder and moved to where I strive in project management.

Having completed my apprenticeship and achieving my Foundation Degree I continued to complete my Bachelors of Engineer Degree (Beng) and have recently achieved my Prince 2 Practitioner qualification.

I bring a wealth of manufacturing and process knowledge to the team and will assist wherever I can as I like to be hands on.
