SELCHP is a waste incineration plant in South London which generates electricity for the surrounding area.
The low grade heat from the facility is being pumped around the Southwark area to feed heat at 110°C to 15 boiler houses to offset existing gas usage.
PIMS scope of works was the Mechanical and Electrical modifications / installations to the boiler houses to allow the use of the recovered heat.

Design, Procurement, Supply and Installation of all major components including: Heat Exchangers, Circulation Pumps, Control Valves, Mains Panels, Isolation valves and Insulation / Cladding.
Full CDM responsibilities in the role of Principle Contractor for the 15 boiler houses throughout the construction period.
HAZOP study completed for all 15 boiler houses.
